Linden is your cozy neighbourhood spot to come together over great pizza, made with our triple-fermented, 80% biga crust. Whether you takeaway or dine-in, you can pair our pizza with wine, cocktails, zero-proof options, and seasonally and locally driven starters, salads and cocottes. We always have a seasonal dessert too for after, and our Chocolate Tiramisu will never leave the menu. We hope you'll return again and again, not because of what we served, or what we said or did, but because of how we made you feel at home.

SOME THINGS TO KNOW:
We are a cashless business. We accept debit, Visa, Mastercard.
Parking: There is free on-street parking, and we have a small parking lot behind the pizzeria.
Takeaway + Delivery: 4pm-9:30pm everyday
Dine-in: 5pm-9:30pm everyday.
Orders + Reservations: can be made online or by phone 613-913-7997 for 1 to 5 persons.
Group reservations for 6+ persons: can be made via email at hello@lindenpizza.ca
Walk-ins: We know how nice it is to just decide to go out. We always reserve some seats for walk-ins and same day reservations on a first-come first-serve basis. Call us at 613-913-7997. We have lots of patio seating available for walk ins too, seasonally.
Buyouts: We can host your private events! Please email us to inquire at hello@lindenpizza.ca to start the conversation.
We have a Bottle Shop! We sell consignment wines and spirits that cannot be found at the LCBO.

Gift cards: E-gifts can be purchased on-line here, and be sent to either you or your recipient.
We also have physical gift cards in the pizzeria. Visit us to load one up for you.
Birthdays & Special Occasions: When you reserve we can make a note of your special occasion. We have birthday candles available, and you can bring your own cake. For cakes brought from outside we have a $3 per person cake cutting fee. Feel free to contact us if you would like us to make something for you!
Patio: Our patio will operate on a first-come first-serve basis and will be open until it’s frosty out.
Accessibility: Unfortunately, inside seating and our washrooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Our pizza: The style of our dough is inspired by Roman-style pizza, except it contains no oil or sugar. It is thin, well structured, baked until brown, and has a fluffy, chewy crust with a nutty flavour. We’re terribly proud of our crust, which is triple-fermented over three days, and made from 80% biga and 20% levain, making use of locally-milled flour.
Vegan/Vegetarian: We have many vegetarian dishes on the menu including vegetarian pizzas. We’re easily able to accommodate vegan diners. However, we do not yet have a vegan ‘cheese’.
Gluten: We have a variety of gluten-free items on our menu in our ‘Starter’ and ‘Cocotte’ sections. However, we do not have a gluten-free pizza dough at this time.
Dairy: We have many dairy-free items on our menu, and can easily accommodate no dairy requests.
Allergens: We are very cognizant of allergens. Please let us know of any allergens you may have so we can make use of protocols we have for using separate tools, etc. to avoid risk of cross-contamination.
Booster Seats: We have one booster seat for toddlers.
Books & Toys: Yes, we have things to keep little ones busy. We can also make a Shirley Temple, and we are happy to serve kids pizzas first, or bring everything out all at once to make family dining easy.
